REGULAR RENTAL RATES

Sunday – Friday, between the hours of 10am and 4pm

$750 for the first 3 hours
$100 for each additional hour
Over 35 people an additional set up fee of $100

Sunday – Thursday, between the hours of 4pm and 11pm

$1500 for 3 hours
$200 per additional hour

Friday after 4pm or Saturday (event must end by 11pm)

$2,200 for under 100 people for 3 hours
$2,400 for over 100 people for 3 hours
Each additional hour is $500

* Outdoor covered area: $1,000 for use of EACH outside pad

NON-PROFIT RENTAL RATES

$1800 for 3 hours

* Outdoor covered area: $800 for use of EACH outside pad

CHRISTMAS SEASON RATES

Thanksgiving through January 6, 2008
Monday – Thursday, after 4pm – 11pm

$1800 for 3 hours

Friday – Sunday

$2400 for 3 hours

Rental deposit is half of the rental fee & non-refundable
Damage and caterer deposit not included
Security deposit based on number of attendees and non-refundable
Rates effective as of June 12, 2007 and are subject to change without prior notice

Rates include Tables, Chairs, and Dance Floor. Events can be extended for an additional per hour charge.
